A little more about me
I had my hip replaced in 2006 and need to gain control of my weight to make the best of what I have and heal faster the next time 'round. I'm looking for great exercises for hip strengthening that doesn't put too much strain on the hip. I'd love to hear from others on their journey to loose weight or practice after a hip replacement!
