My Occupation is
Full-time student at a university; working on my Bachelor's in Psychology, and then going on to complete graduate school.
My hobbies/interests are
Yoga! (of course), gentle detoxing programs, reading, calming nature walks, learning (philosophy, feminism, politics, etc.), and I LOVE trying different teas =]
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I journal every morning while enjoying a cup of tea.
My wellness goals are
To keep my body, mind, and spirit connected. Also, I would love to garner the courage to quit smoking as it does not fit in with my wellness routine AT ALL!
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
By doing yoga daily, eating healthy and ethically, journaling, and thereby building my self-determination and will.
My inspirations are
Jesus Christ; My wonderful boyfriend; And all the yogis and yoginis before, during, and after me.
