I have been married for five years. I have three little boys (5,3, and 2). I have two dogs, a turtle, fish, and 3 guinnie pigs.

I am a stay at home and volunteer as the President of the local MOMS Club.
My hobbies/interests are
I love working out either at home or with firends in fitness classes. I am addicted to zumba and shoes. I wish I could do yoga so much more than I do now.
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I never deprieve myself of anything. Moderation is truely the key to everything.
My wellness goals are
I would love to be less stress, this is why I am going through the stress program. And if I am not less altleast be able to handle it alittle better:)

My inspirations are my husband and children. They all push through everything for our family.
