Just began my first Program. It's amazing how good it feels to BEGIN something that I know is a gift to my life. Now I will focus on commitment and dedication and focus so I can make the idea of change into a habit of change.

Hi Tom, awesome to see you are starting one of the Whole Health Programs. I find that commitment and dedication can be strengthened by tuning into the benefits and changes you experience. As you get healthier and gain more vitality, your body craves more and shifts away from unhealthy habits. If you shift out of the healthy habits, your body and mind will let you know - so, listen to the changes and how your body and mind guide you. So often we ignore the messages coming from within.
