One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I like to keep a healthy balance between work, my relationships, and time for myself. If I don't make time for myself I won't be good a work and my relationships will suffer.

My wellness goals are
I'd like to have mental clarity and wellness. I'd also like to have a healthy body that allows me to do everything I enjoy.

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Eating for energy and nutrition. Working on my strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility.
