      Hi everyone, I (in addition to here) got to a hot yoga class once a week & love it! I was wondering is it ok to do yoga (in some amount/time) every day? Thanks! : )

          Hello, I must be the stiffest person I know! I can barely get into any pose... am I ever going to be able to really do yoga?

          • Hello momma4a,

            Yoga is the perfect example of life being about the journey rather than the destination. By setting aside time for yourself to work on your flexibility you are "doing yoga" even if you aren't copying the postures exactly as shown in the video (by yoga instructors who have been practicing yoga for years!). Keep working at your yoga practice while respecting the limits of your body and objectively observe the change in flexibility that comes with time and consistency. Be open and curious as to why some days certain areas of your body feel more tight or more mobile and breathe into it.

          • Thank you both Dr. Wiley & Kreg! I have not had any injuries, and run 2 miles everyday! I ill try to focus more on the journey and not the end! Thanks again! : )
