My Occupation is
I am an athletic trainer and currently employed as the Director of Sports Medicine at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. We are an NCAA Division II School and my main responsibility is football
My hobbies/interests are
Running, reading, photography, and, of course yoga. I am also a football fanatic, and enjoy watching my own kids play football and baseball
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Keeping up with my kids!! I am very fortunate to work with athletes, many of whom need advice on execise, nutrition, and lifestyle, therefore, I have to remain health conscious and practice what I preach. I spend time reading and researching healthy habits and new work-out techniques, as well as stay current on nutrtion, the science, rather than nutrition, the fad.
My wellness goals are
To maintain a healthy lifestyle and be happy about myself: phsycially, mentally, and spitirually.

By being conscious of the things I do, and can do to maintain or improve my fitness level, and over all health
My inspirations are
My husband and 2 boys are a great inspiration as they support me in whatever activity I want to try; they are also very understanding of my fitness habits and give me space and time to accomplish the things that I want to do. In addition, we do many activities together, in support of each other.
Food diary...I am bad at these but here goes: breakfast this morning after my run and 30 min of yoga was a glass of Bessy's Best chocolate milk. Lunch: a piece of leftover pizza and water;
