I've had an adventure thus far. I've explored parts of the world that have left a lasting impression on my soul: Italy, (I lived in Sicily for three wonderful years), Spain, Germany, Holland, countries in the Middle East such as the UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia... Before moving here to Scotand I spent ten days camping across Canada. An ex-US Navy helicopter mechanic and ex-firefighter/EMT in Alaska, I left college after five years studying geology and history to marry and have children. Now I live on an organic sheep and cattle farm in Scotland with my husband and our three young children. Oh, and not forgetting 400 head of cattle and sheep and a fluxuating population of barn cats!

More About Me

My Occupation is

My hobbies/interests are
Art. I focus on one thing at a time while learning something new so, at the present I am especially interested in comic book art, Manga art. Fantasy illustration art. One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Love yourself for who you are right now. It's fine to have goals for improvement but don't wait to embrace life in its fullest sense until "after I am perfect." We will never be perfect so don't wait for the impossible. Live life now, where you are and who you are right now.

I am taking the Plant Based Nutrition challenge because I feel that my body is asking me to each much, much less meat and much more in the way of fruit and vegtables. Yet I don't know hardly anything about preparing fruit and vegtables for meals etc. so this will be fun!

      • We were lucky to cooperate with the team at VEGA on this challenge--enjoy the tips! Namaste
