My Occupation is
Currently I am a fabulous housewife keeping the homefires burning whilst hubby goes and earns the big bucks. Previously I have been an conservation educator, an environmental engineer, a dental assistant, a forester and a cafeteria cashier. I like to mix things up often.
My hobbies/interests are
not a big golfer and I despise ice skating but everything else is fair game, well except actual game, hunting and fishing are not part of my energy dynamics, I cannot even kill bugs.
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
its hardly a secret, i just feel better after moving and using my body. I just have to remind myself of that. oh and I have a great coach in ms alison calder if anyone is from Vancouver, you may know her.
My wellness goals are
fit and healthy and able to do whatever I want to. also, and in particular, Astavakrasana and Tittibhasana and mayurasana.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
starting with a self imposed 30 day yoga program then we shall go from there. also adding in strength training with weights and a great diet plan.

A little more about me
I have two awesome boston terriers who make doing yoga at home challenging. any one else out there have that problem? Its really a good kind of problem. :)
