Over the last couple of years I've become more anxious, worry-some, and maybe just a touch depressed. I've gone through some major life changes that surely triggered these feelings. Lately though, I thought I'd try to make a change...change my lifestyle. No more smoking, eating late night, sleeping in,sitting in front of the T.V. my list goes on and on and on. I can't do it all at once, but I have to start somewhere and this seems like a good place...

I feel tired and groggy all the time even after 8 hours of sleep. My memory isn't as sharp as it could be, and I just feel 'blah'. I need more energy, less stress, better eating habits...
