One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Trust your body. While this is often times more easily said than done, you need to listen to what your body is trying to tell you and trust it. Yoga is amazing because it helps you fine tune this skill. Yoga helps with all aspects of life.
My wellness goals are
To be fit, to be healthy, to have a sound mind in a sound body and soul and to advance through each level with grace.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Hard work and perseverance.
My inspirations are
Anyone who continually challenges themselves to be better, in any respect, on a regular basis.

I am taking the following challenges...Sleep Well, De-stress, Energy Boost & Get Lean.
I am taking these challenges because I want to find out and learn everything I possibly can as I try to advance through each of the levels. To me, yoga is more than a way to be fit, it is the answer to a sound mind in a sound body and soul. It is a way to challenge yourself everyday and live each day to it's fullest potential.

It has become increasingly difficult for me to eat healthy as I continue to diet.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
