I have 55 days to lose my belly and tone up! I have medical issues but not really physically! I have been having problems with fluid on my knee from an acl tear & surgery a long time ago! I know I can do it & want to be healthy & toned. Want to be flexible, toned, stronger & slimmer! Please help! I have changed my eating habbits & stopped snacking so much but now I need help with what to use in my iced coffee for cream?? Fat free or sugar free??? HELP!!! Please?

Have you looked into or heard of the "Paleo" type diet? I lost 24 pounds in 3 months without counting any calories and I didn't have to give up my heavy whipping cream in my coffee. Or you could use coconut milk which I also use with a little vanilla and cinnamon added. I have more energy and my stomach problems all went away. i feel healthier than i ever have in my entire life and i'm a young 60. Just an idea you might want to look into. Best wishes to you.
