Last time I practiced yoga I tryed the headstande pose for the first time.
I could hold it only for a few seconds but, hey!, I did it!!! Great sensation!!!!
I was also able to do a crane pose for a longer time, maybe I'm a little stronger thanks to practice.

After a 3 months stop for work, summer and so on, yesterday evening I restarted my yoga practice.
From my big collection of video I choose one of my favourites: Stretch and decompress, from Marla, Moderate level.
After the 46 minutes of that lesson I really felt higher. My back had a real relief!
I advice this lessons to everyone..

Hi Massimiliano, can you tell us which video(s) you are referring to?

If you look at newer videos like i.e. "winter seasonal vinyasa" you can see that during a transition from a camera to another the quality of the video loose something, you can see it because the image seems divided in blocks. The problem is more evident if the theacher is moving. Sometimes video is not "fluid".
If you look at a older video, like Stretch and decompress the "blocks" problem is not present and it's also more fluid.
I know that a video that goes on streaming cannot be too huge but maybe you can adjust the quality.
Anyway the new lessons are fantastic!
