Born in Belgium, moved to Canada in the 60's, I have two grown children and four grand children. I have worked in many different domaines and enjoyed each and everyone from : psychiatry, cardio-pulmonary research, being Mayor, being Chief of Staff for a mayor, executive assistant for a construction company, translations, analyst.... name it there is always something new to learn. I have also tried may hobbies and loved them all. My life has had its ups and downs but I carry no grudges and accept my responsibilities where I have erred.
I have always been pretty active, but am finding it harder right now to motivate myself, but I am a regular user of My yoga on line which I find most beneficial for my back and my spirit!
