To continue to lose body fat. I've lost 60 lbs and I've got another 50 to go. I just want to feel and look healthy.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
By taking my own advice and try not to over complicate things by exercising too much and not eating when my body isn't hungry. For me, eating every 3 hours hasn't worked. I like the idea of intuitive eating. I feel like if I connect with my body and workout daily and keep my body "guessing" and eating healthy 90% of the time, my body will respond.
My inspirations are
I love success stories. I love to read about people who have reached their goals.

I'm a work in progress. I love myself and look forward to improving who I am on a daily basis. We are never perfect....just getting better day to day hopefully ;)
