My daughter & my husband inspire me to be a better person. They give me something so worthwhile to live for.
A little more about me
Yoga changed my life about 8 years ago. I have always had a high pressure job and yoga became the perfect tool to help me relax but also stay healthy. It also helped me give birth to my daughter last year without the need for drugs.
