      Hi!

      I'm a New Zealander, living in Wellington with my fiance, geriatric cat and two slightly mad dogs.

      The yoga bug has bitten me in a big way. A friend introduced me to hot yoga (www.hotyoganz.com) last year and since then I've practiced as often as I can. My yoga online means I can begin to develop a home practice and work out which styles suit me best. I'm loving the changes taking place in my body from regular yoga... I can touch my toes for the first time ever, and am starting to see more flexibility, health and wellbeing being begin to blossom. It's wonderful, I recommend yoga to everyone.
