A little more about me
Our healthcare system is broken due to the choices we have made as a society. Our diets are focused on processed foods; our stress levels are really high and we look to the health care system to fix it all by focusing on the symptoms rather than teasing away the layers and revealing at the root cause.

Get Lean, Get Healthy
I am vegan and a yogi. I have a desk job which obviously ends with me sitting most of the day. I practice yoga twice a week at a studio, but find little time to do anything else. I prefer walking as an activity. This works pretty well in the summer, but when it rains and is colder outside, I lose my motivation. I also end up eating more in the winter so consequently the pounds pack on. I would like to find some creative ways to add more activity in my life and also ways to stop the snacking! There are currently no comments. Be the first to add one now!
