I started yoga during high school, and fell in love with the feeling of peace and calmness after the practice. I continued during university, joining my campus yoga club. I went on to become the president of the club, able to offer affordable classes to students. I've now moved abroad to Belgium, and MYO is perfect when I'm unfamiliar with local studios, busy with work, or traveling.
My Occupation is

My wellness goals are
To improve my flexibility, both in yoga and in life. To learn how to indulge without over-indulging.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Slowly but steadily.

Just did one of the most challenging classes! I'm not sure if it was challenging because it's been so long since I regularly practiced, because it was more difficult than I've encountered before, or just because the flows and postures were different from the classes I use to attend. Luckily I'm not feeling defeated, just more motivated to build my strength and flexibility, so that I can actually flow properly through the class!

Felt really stiff and sore today, after doing my first yoga practice in months yesterday. Was really tight in my shoulders and back, but now feel loads better after doing a yin class.
