Eat plenty of living foods. Don't take work or school to bed - a yoga practice before bed is a very important thing for me, to let go of the day/stress.

People who find life-work balance. People who can laugh and let go, and be focused when they need to. I'ts all about balance.
Energy Boost. Trying to live in a balanced way, with balanced energy. Very tempting to drink the amazing coffee where I live, but don't want to rely on that for a source of energy. A daily yoga practice and attention to my breath and posture are key. I am looking forward to the challenge!!!
