Started the stress release 2011 program today and I really think this is going to reduce my hectic stressful outlook on life - it's time to calm down and be slow. From now on I think I will keep to pilates of a morning and have a yoga session of an evening.

missed today due to emotional blockage. But the upside is that I'm doing my pilates now - followed by yoga. (1st one) I have decided that I will consciously become calmer in every way and only attract good positive energy.

I'm loving this pilates booty workout - the results are speaking for themselves. Was very sick day before yesterday (7hrs spew time) and so have not been online yoga for the last 2 mornings - but I'm back and more ready than ever.

I'm not sure what day I am up to but I have definately stuck to my guns with my goals. REsults are slowly becoming more visible and I feel that i am benefiting more so from releasing stresses within my life. I am beginning to breathe and calm my inner voice while at the same time reducing the visible signs of bulge and becoming long and lean. I am really enjoying the feeling of being able to feel the muscles in my legs and butt when I move in general and have finally passed the stage of numbness. loving it!

Week 2 as of today..... must say I had a huge eat whatever I want weekend full of chocolate, sugar and all things nasty but sweet. This week will prove to be a challenge as my dad comes to stay for a week and resides within my "'yoga" room - so I will need to do a little shuffling I think. My goal this week is to continue with the booty pilates daily while incorportating at least one yoga stretching routine as well as least 1 other pilates core strengthening routine. My biggest obstacle is motivation and not eating crap!

I started the pilates booty session 4 days ago and definately feeling it today.... the 6 week challenge is on and I am going to stick to it! I want to change my body shape - and that's what I am going to do. I tried the ballet pilates this morning as well but only made it through about 3/4 - holy crap it was hard! I will master it though but not for another few weeks yet! I have noticed this morning I have less cellulite and my legs are looking slightly trimmer - that's what is keeping me going.
