I'm a mother to the sunshine that warms my heart...most days! I am a lifelong learner of all things funny and interesting and aw-inspiring. I make my living teaching yoga on Vancouver Island. I am interested in the effect yoga has on those who have experienced trauma, mental illness, and addictions.

My hobbies/interests are
reading, music, entertaining and hanging with friends, camping, hiking, watching movies snuggled on the couch with my dopey dog, loveable kid, and adorable husband.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Laugh as much as you can and especially when life gets hard or serious.

My inspirations are
Pema Chodron and my son.
