The reason I first joined My Yoga Online was to find a way to balance the high impact workouts I am required to participate in at work. When I signed up for the challenge I chose energy boost because I let stress drain my energy too often and I wanted to learn healthier habits, but yesterday the fitness leader took us through a significantly higher intensity workout than we are used to and I am extremely sore. Because of that I went back to a restorative practice instead of the videos in the challenge.
