Today I teach Yoga and share my love for it at private educational institutions in my country

I love art, universe, hikking, snorkling and any activity to enjoy nature.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Healthy is when I know what kind of thoughts and feelings I hold during a day. Deep breathing and gratitude for the daily practice that my body and I share with others every day.
