Goal: When working on computer set the timer for 2 hrs. When the timer goes take a break to stretch/breathe/dance. Also drink water and eat something. Repeat.

Started my Whole Health Program "Destress Express" today. It reinforced things regarding effects of stress, cortisol levels etc. I did the Ballet de terre class.
