I have not been feeling on top of it lately since teaching i have neglected my training, this really affects how i feel mentally and physically, so from this week, i aim to do at least 1hr of pilates per day, alternating between reformer and matwork, and doing some cardio training (perhaps some power walking in hampstead park) i would love some friends to join me:)
