One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I avoid processed foods as much as possible. It takes a little more effort and planning to prepare fresh meals but it is worth it!
My wellness goals are
To do more yoga and continue to work on removing wheat, dairy, and sugar from my diet.
I am taking the Energy Boost program, because I have always had difficulty getting up in the morning, and I'm often tired. I just completed a month-long dietary detox, which has helped tremendously. So this is perfect timing to build on and sustain the results I have achieved! I am also starting a new job in a couple of weeks, and I have a lot of freelance work plus school. So I need all the energy I can get!
