Hi Madhuri,Thank you for this wonderful information that came on my path at the exact right moment. I was just looking into ayurveda and since I am new into yoga (only 1 week) wondering why I am so tired from the 1 hour yoga classes I have been doing everyday. It\'s not muscle tiredness but more mind tiredness and for a person who has always been cold I feel like I have been on fire this past week. Anyhoo my point is that I did a checklist on what person I am and mine is half Vatta and half Pitta. What yoga classes do you advice to follow with these half-types? And if you may half some other advice for me I\'d be happy to hear it. Namasté Kim
