My Occupation is
Mom to 3 beautiful children, & yoga teacher.

My hobbies/interests are
Yoga (of course), dancing, gardening, camping, painting and re-purposing furniture and odd finds, meditating & praying, and working out.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I eat a ton of nuts. Like a ridiculous amount. I would say I'm addicted. If I crave something sweet I reach for a bag of nuts with dried cherries and cranberries. Yumm!

My wellness goals are
To live this life a long long time with good health and no injuries. Respecting my body.

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
I make it intentional. So if I am going to wake up at 5:00 to go to pilates the next day... I set my alarm, know what I'm wearing ahead of time and I set my focus on that intention the night before. I follow through and feel great.

My inspirations are
God inspires me. Creation, nature, art, music, good food. I'm inspired by people around me who display selfless acts of love, compassion, and understanding. I am inspired by Clara Roberts Oss, Bernie Clark, Janet Stone, and countless other yogi's. I am inspired by my own journey too, waking up each day, taking a breath and acknowledging that this day is a gift, and being thankful for the present moment.

A little more about me
I'm a bit quirky. I tend to be shy sometimes and at others I'm loud and a solid "i" personality. I love Thai food, my dog, dancing in my kitchen, and watching my kids ride bikes and play outside. I love my friends deeply, I love Bistro Jeanty in Yountville, CA, I laugh like a cackling cow, and I love the Veggie Sandwich at the Vacaville Nutrition Shop here in my hometown. I'm a nut.
