Student of philosophy and criminology focusing on ethics. Work part time to pay for rent and food.
My hobbies/interests are
Yoga - Bikram and Iyengar mainly, drawing and sketching, going to the gym, reading and socialising.
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I always drink water, green tea, herbal tea and breath slowly and deeply whenever life takes me by surprise or gets challenging (lots).
My wellness goals are
Reduce body fat, improve fitness, increase energy, improve sleep quality, improve mood stability and improve overall health (skin, hair, nails).
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Defining myself as a healthy, balanced person and working how to be this each day.
Improving my nutirion, gradually increasing my vegetable intake each day and reducing sugars, gluten, dairy and other troublesome foods.
Adding yoga to every day and making regular practice part of my lifestyle. Increasing my general movement each day as well as the time I spend outside. Add regular strength training.
Challenging my body and my mind while listening to my limits.
My inspirations are
Achieving a new posture I haven't managed to do before or staying in postures I haven't been able to hold before. Reaching new limits. Getting in the best shape of my life.
I like to watch videos of yoga championships - the movement and control they achieve over mind and body blows my mind.
