I've really enjoyed the 8 day detox program! It would have been excellent to have the program more spaced out, since the program involves several changes in habits, which of course take a while to incorporate. That said, I will definitely be doing this program again when I have more time to do more aspects of each step! Many thanks!

I always find Gloria's Kundalini videos challenging and extremely invigorating.

Love One Yoga: Detox Flow. Ryan's classes are always so mellow and energizing. =) Many thanks!

I very much enjoy Bernie's video. I have been practicing Yoga for several years, but have had very little exposure to Tai Chi, and really enjoy the fusion of the two. As always, his humour is an excellent addition to the class - helps me to keep it light!

Absolutely love Faith's Shiva Flow video. So warming and perfectly meditative at the same time! I really enjoy her Shiva-to-airplane segment!

I appreciate the article on protecting your wrists in Downward Facing Dog and other poses in which your wrists are loaded; however, I have chronic joint pain, and even when I use proper form, still experience some discomfort. Do you have any other suggestions for people with joint issues?

If you still feel pressure on the wrists after the proper distribution of weight through the four corners of each hand and integrating the fingers I would suggest to use a wedge to elevate the hills of your hands for weight bearing poses such as plank and downdog. You can purchase those on Internet. All the best!

                          • Jesse Enright had some very insightful advice to complement this issue (see the video Proper Load Bearing in Hatha)....thanks so much MYOL. I'm inspired to mindfully work towards building the strength in my wrists. I had always wondered what that annoying tickle was at the base of my right palm. It's my carpal tunnel nerve!

                            • Hi @ jenshu and @MichelleWetzelHillman,
Please ask our panel of Experts here on this page (Nico, Danielle, and Ryan) your questions about wrist safety and protection - they are here to help with questions just like this!
also: In upcoming Power Challenge stages there are both more articles and a video tutorial (with Jesse Enright) on wrist safety.

                              Stay tuned!
