My hobbies/interests are
I'm in love with my daily yoga practice, painting, sketching and just. being creative. And started running again. I feel like I'm flying when my sister and I jog down the mountain at Griffith Park.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
A vegan way of eating, raw food, and seaweed anyway I can get it, dried, raw, or in soup. Yummy! I think most importantly is keeping that iner-dialog positive baby.

My wellness goals are
Well I don't look like a vegan anymore, you know, super slender. So for me I would like to get back to a thinner me. And I would love to develop more endurance.

My inspirations are
My sisters are my inspiration! and although she is gone from this world, my cutie pie Grandmother.
