My Occupation is
Massage Therapist specializing in Barnes Myofascial Release, Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, & Shamanic Healing. I have a private practice in Yarmouth Port where I see clients for body & energy work, as well as by phone (for energy work, of course!).

My hobbies/interests are
yoga, belly dance, knitting, dogs, gardening, meditating, eating good food, having fun with friends, laughing, dancing, singing, horseback riding.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Get to the root of the problem instead of masking the symptoms. Its not always easy or pretty, but it is beautiful.
