I am an Assistant Teacher at a private school in London
My hobbies/interests are
I like to go on adventures, read, dance, watch movies, be healthy, play with puppies, roll about in warm laundry, listen to good (and sometimes bad...) music, think deep thoughts about deep things, try new science experiments in the kitchen, have fun, et cetera
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Maintaining a good posture throughout the day helps strengthen your core, give you confidence, and hey it looks good too. I have to bend a lot because I work with 5 year olds and returning to a good posture when standing upright again helps with back pain substantially. Sometimes I feel I am slouching in my chair or over my food at the lunch table and have to quickly correct myself and find that I feel so much better after doing so. My grandmother used to poke me in the spine and say "Sit up straight!". I thank her for it today!
