Organic production worker for a Gourmet Coffee Company

My hobbies/interests are
Jogging, yoga, anything artsy or creative(love the process), walks with my dogs, time with friends and family

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Only one! Dump all that sugar its just plain nasty

My wellness goals are
To maintain or maybe improve the Strength and flexibility I have for the rest of my life, improve my energy, and get rid of a whole wack of negativity both from within myself and my enviroment

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Yoga and other fitness activities, better diet and a calmer more joyful accepting outlook on life.

My inspirations are
A co-worker, who shall remain unamed, who's actions showed me more about myself than I wanted to know and my wonderful hippy chick cousin Jen who started this journey a long time ago. To bad I so to stuborn to start until now
