One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Cut yourself some slack and take things a day at a time. If you fall off track - don't beat yourself up and give up - tomorrow is a new day.
My wellness goals are
To find and keep an overall balance in physical and mental health. Looking forward to connecting with the MYO community to hear others' ideas.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Slowly, at a do-able pace, work toward eating well, breathing, journalling, meditating and journeying, practicing yoga for better strength and flexibility.
My inspirations are
With all things, I have to be ready to make the time and commitment. Then and only then can I inspire myself to do anything.
A little more about me
I am in the middle of a transformation. I am learning to move slowly for the first time in my life. I am accomplishing so much more than when I moved at lightening speed. Practicing Wu Wei. Mindfullness is an amazing thing.
