In the past year or so I have made a lifestyle change to become a healthier person in body and mind. I have begun eating better and going to the gym. I have not always been so mindful of my body, always eating fast food and frozen meals when I was growing up, and feel that it is time for me to get on track before I get older.
I'm a photographer, designer, model, receptionist, I enjoy wearing many different hats... sometimes literally! I'm a very laid back person who doesn't like to party but just relax with people who are special to me. Grew up in the suburbs outside of Toronto, Ontario and just proud to be in Toronto and in Canada.

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
I try to make all of my own food and I don't buy any frozen food anymore (except frozen berries for shakes!).

I want to strengthen and tone my body so that I can maintain an achievable health level as I get older.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Going to the gym, doing yoga every other day, eating healthy, and having my boyfriend to keep me on the right track.
My inspirations are
My boyfriend is a big inspiration because he works so hard at everything and somehow finds time in the day to get fit.
A little more about me
I really don't like sports! Yoga is perfect because I don't have to be accountable to a group of people and I can practice on my own. I like the solitude of meditation and working on yoga poses by myself.
