Tracy-Ann's Profile
Surrey, CA
I'm a 21 year old Nursing Unit Clerk from Vancouver BC.
I LOVE yoga, I started a little over a year ago and have been going off and on.
My favourite type is Bikram Yoga (Although classes/memberships locally are very expensive)
This will be my first attempt at regular styles of yoga so I hope it will be good.
More About Me
My Occupation is
Nursing Unit Clerk.
My hobbies/interests are
Reading, painting, photography, music, shopping - clothes/shoes/jewelry, yoga, running.
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Smile. A lot. If you're trying to be in a good mood, regardless of your surroundings and experiences, you can stay positive and shine a light on things.
My wellness goals are
To be at a healthy weight, feel good about myself, reduce the possibility of health problems.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Staying active, using my yoga membership to the fullest, eating healthy, getting a good nights sleep every day, spending time with friends and family, taking vacations/getaways when needed.
My inspirations are
My mom. <3 and Grandparents (both sets)
A little more about me
If anyone would like to interact, at all, feel free to contact me - I'm always open to a conversation, especially if it makes another person's day just that little bit better :-)

Day Six.
August 18, 2011 at 8:23pm
Missed yoga class again today. Very much disappointed because I keep falling behind and eating horrible foods.
Went on a nature walk though, spent the day out in nature but still ate like a pig and made poor choices.Breakfast:
Skipped (Slept late)Lunch:
2x Double Mozza Burgers
Poutine
Diet RootbeerDinner:
Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Patcho's - Cheese on top of Lattice fries
Iced TeaI feel sad that I ate miserably today; I want to wear beautiful clothes, feel great about myself, do yoga every day if I can get my discipline in order.
I wish there was an easier way. There are currently no comments. Be the first to add one now!

Day Five.
August 17, 2011 at 9:23am
Slept a long time last night... fell asleep around 7:30pm, and basically slept all the way through till around 7:30am.
I was up almost 21hrs the day before so I guess I did need it.Breakfast:
- Poached eggs
- Sliced Bacon
- PGX
- WaterReally tried hard to do a video today; frustrated because I didn't feel focused, and I was interrupted which made it harder to do in general.
I hate feeling watched while doing yoga. And I wish I had my own space just to do what I need to make myself feel good and healthy. There are currently no comments. Be the first to add one now!

Day Four.
August 17, 2011 at 9:22am
I went from a 12hr night shift to a drive to Kamloops - feeling very under the weather and tired today.
Didn't get to do my AM yoga video. Bummed about that.Breakfast:
In the car
- Cocoa Cheerios
- 2% Milk
- PGXLunch
At home, on the patio with friends/family
- White hotdog bun
- Cheddar SmokiesDinner
At home, on that patio with friends/family
- Grilled chicken
- Corn on the cob
- Grilled potatoes and carrots
I find my meals often unbalanced when I'm either eating by myself, or just with my boyfriend.
If we eat with family or friends, usually we make better choices.
I guess we seem to be negative impacts on one another for making better choices. There are currently no comments. Be the first to add one now!
