Jan 23, 2011 - Haven't exercised at all in 2011, as opposed to the flock of people crowding the gyms the first two months of the year. Unfortunately, I can feel the consequences of the lack of activity. I have little energy, want to sleep all the time, and my muscles are going away. I'm looking forward to this experience as it has Yoga and Pilates. I believe very much in using these two methods together. Stretch and strengthen !
