My Occupation is
I am a Linguistics student at UBC.
My hobbies/interests are
Being outdoors, travelling, languages, reading and of course, doing yoga!
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Keep walking! I try to walk about 3-4km per day, if not at least 5 days a week which I am sure keeps my weight steady, and allows me to eat my favourite foods too!
My wellness goals are
To keep my core strong and muscles flexible.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
maintaining my yoga classes, and keeping my current routine ongoing.
My inspirations are
to stay healthy and happy. I love travelling and have hopes to move to Asia and start a yoga retreat
