My wellness goals are
Lose a few pounds, increase muscle tone and use Yoga to find inner balance.

I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Practicing yoga a few times a week in the beginning and in time increasing number of session as well as intensity. Continuing with my daily exercises. Eating well but making sure I enjoy myself in the process so I don't feel resentment.

My inspirations are
People who have been in my life have taught so much! And among the public people, I admire Mother Teresa, Gandhi, Mandela, etc.
I guess just people that are willing to put themselves and their needs aside to help others, I admire them.That's what will take with us when we leave this Earth.

In Yoga, I hope to find the inner peace I need to deal with my current situation. Become as strong as I can possibly be for those who I love and need me.
