When your tank is on empty, it is okay to let yourself rest!

relieve anxiety, focus my mind, eat healthy, and tone my body (lose about 10 pounds)

practicing yoga, dance, mediation, and breathing techniques; cooking more at home!

Today is my first day -- about to go set up my yoga space and do a little stretch before a long day of work -- wish me luck!
