An ok start to a good intension. I can happily say I gave wine a miss, but the rum was good.
all thou I have not completely omitted alcohol from my diet i increased yoga into my day practicing at least once a day.
Started rock climbing again lost my touch a little, as far as stamina and finger strength goes. dropping a grad also to 6a.
I guess I have yoga to thank for not completely loosing the knack at my favorite hobby.

i'm sure these two are not meant to go together, no i'm sure they don't.
But on is easier to open one then the other and it doesn't require as much effort to get started.
were as the other has a lot more benefits and leaves you felling calm and focused through out and after, yes you guessed it this one is yoga.
i say this because on my way home yesterday i felt like a glass of wine fine you may say, the trouble with me is putting the lid back. and i know what your going to say is that part of yoga is not giving in to temptation.
well i'm sure even the best of us come of the rails sometimes in any aspect of life.
any way as I digress this post is commitment from me to leave the bottle of wine and head for the mat instead. Peace and Love.
As a though i shall post once a week, it will be a good way to track the winner of this battle to relax after a long day.
