Well I am having a hard time getting up in the morning my daughter has been awake until about 3 in the morning and then I finally get to lay down so then I find it hard to wake up early to do my exercise. Then last night my back started killing me and I had to take medicine to help with it. I can tell I took the medicine because all day today I have been in a sluggish i dont care mode.
My diet has been the same way...I was doing so well and then I got burnt out and frustrated by everyone elses great results.

Yep. Mom's of young kids. It's so deeply tiring (though ultimately life's most incredible experience). I can truly relate as I have a 3 month old and a three year old. Right now for me it's an exercise in patience; knowing that this phase of not having as much time for myself will pass. Hang in there and don't put pressure on yourself! Easier said that done, I know ;)
