I am living well with fibromyalgia, arthritis, complicated GERD, and chronic bursitis. I work for a university in the department of public health. I'm also completing a second master's degree in medical sociology, with a research focus on chronic disease and identity. In addition, I am the chair of the Indianapolis Arthritis Walk.

Besides furthering my education, I love to cook, be crafty, and spend time with my husband and pets.

My wellness goals are
To rebuild my wellness program. Because of several medical issues, I haven't been as active as I need to be and am paying the price. Yoga has always been really good for me. I have a background in dance, so I'm hoping to increase my activity level with getting back to yoga and adding pilates and dance.
