Art, mostly. Languages, philosophy, literature, gastronomy. I have never liked sports, but I keep falling in love with yoga over and over.
One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Music. Disconnecting for a few minutes every day listening to any kind of music that really makes me feel good. That can change the course of a day for me. Or at least my out take on it.
My wellness goals are
To feel more connected to my body. Keeping in mind that the body, as well as the mind, needs care, and not just from the outside. It's a whole.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
Working on myself from the inside out and vice versa.
