This mornings' practice went well, tried some new things. I am working towards recovering from a grade 2 calf/tendon tear from December 6th last year. Because I went to work straight away for a week with no treatment, I developed deep vein thrombosis. I still have 2 months minimum before I am able to get a scan and potentially be off warfarin, as a blood thinner and my physio can only do so much work to help me strengthen the area. Yoga as alaways is relief in stretching but am frustrated being unable to do too many challenging or active activities, and my diet has been restricted away from garlic, greens, and ginger to name a few. With winter quickly arriving I feel my immune system is lacking. Can anyone suggest some alternatives? All ideas welcome!

"In a Heartbeat" was much more vigorous than I am used to in the mornings, but was so worth the effort!!!I feel as though my whole day is open, no where near as short as I am used to them being!
