One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Journaling! When there is something blocking me, or new, or just starting to emerge, I journal it out. This has helped me relate consciously to my deeper self so I don't eat or obsess to keep it down.
My wellness goals are
To regain my ideal body weight and have more than enough energy to run after the two kids I nanny and run my health coaching practice.
I see myself achieving my wellness goals by
1. Foster a deep connection to my soul and my body as its temple. 2. Prioritize a daily yoga practice. 3. Move towards a natural hygiene diet with properly combined meals and no artificial/processed/junk foods. 4. Be willing to transform aspects of my life to bring all areas in congruence with my divine purpose.
