I swim daily, I do my physiotherapy exercises everyday, I eat healthy and I continue to learn to search for the cure for my slip disc pains through holistic remedies! :)

Hello Yogi Peers! I'm new here and this is my first entry to introduce myself a little. I'm 25 years old and I've been suffering from slip disc and scoliosis for almost 2 years. I have tried all types of therapy from chiro to physio to traditional methods of 'chi gong' on my back and it still doesn't work. I'm ready to make a lifestyle change. Which means a diet change and more exercises. I have quit my daily indulge "coffee" for almost a month and I'm still trying to avoid the caffeine. I've also quit on sugar and cut down my carbs too. I've been swimming daily and doing my physiotherapy stretches. However, I'm still on my muscle relieve and painkiller medications as my back pains are still an agony at work. I hope and wish yoga will help me in the long run. I'm willing to try whatever and however to help my health.
