I grew up in the deep south until I graduated from Ole Miss. I moved to Jackson, Wyoming and have loved it here for years. I was a competitive dancer in highschool and dabbled some in college. I have been practicing yoga since I was 16 years old. It takes me back to being a dancer every single time. I learned that yoga could calm me and I use it not only to tone every muscle but a mind toner as well.
